High Performance Sales and Executive Leadership Coach

I am Brian Weaver, a High Performance Sales and Leadership Coach with over 30 years of professional experience in sales and leadership. I have served as a personal trainer, manager, senior sales director, VP of sales, small business entrepreneur, and have been coaching sales professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs for the past five years. I am currently living in the Dallas area and I am a proud father of two teenage boys.

Since I can remember, my passion has always been helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential. By using my experience and expertise, I help clients develop the skills, mindset, and habits they need to succeed in sales and leadership.

My coaching style is based on compassionate disruption, meeting clients where they are, in a thought provoking and creative process to unlock and discover their full potential personally and professionally.
